General Cancellation Information

1. Why Was the Show Cancelled?: Some of our Keynote Presenters, Multiple Vendors, Teachers and Special Event Coordinators pulled out of the event on January 3rd. We felt with the drop outs occuring the show would no longer be the event we promised our attendees and decided to proceed with a cancellation.

2. What about My Classes?: You can find all the Cancellation information for Students here.

3. How do I return my wristband?: If you purchased a wristband either on our website or at a Southern California Store you can return it for a full refund. You can return them at Road to California at the North Information Desk or mail them to us at:

4. I am a Vendor What About my Booth?: All Vendors were emailed on January 3rd please reach out to us at hello@sewingfestival.com so we can help you.

5. What about Next Year?:  As of right now we do not know what the future holds, but if you keep an eye on our Social Media and Newsletter we will send out any information for upcoming events.

6. What do I do about my Hotel Reservation?: You can reach out to Convention Center Staff at 909-937-3000 (make sure to ask for Housing) they will be able to help you with your reservation. 

7. Is Road to California Also Cancelled?: No. Road has a very different group of teachers and vendors who have all been checked in with. We are truly excited for our first show back and invite you to join us!
