We are expecting lots of questions about our vendor policies for the International Sewing Arts Festival. Here are some of the frequenlty asked questions and answers.

Where is the ISAF located?

ISAF is located at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario California! OCC is centrally located 1 hour from LA, 1 Hour from Palm Springs, 3 Hours from Las Vegas, 5 Hours from Pheonix and 1.5 Hours from San Diego!

The Ontario International Airport is a quick shuttle ride from the Convention Center and features non-stop flights from 28 destinations! Easy in and easy out!

How much do booths cost?

Currently, we are trying to meet a goal of being able to offer booths for the International Sewing Arts Festival for $840 per 10x10. However, we are waiting to find out what fee increases COVID-19 compliance may cause. Please email us at for more information.

How do I reserve a vendor booth?

Please complete the google form on the bottom of this page. We will then screen your application to ensure your booth meets the qualifications to be in the International Sewing Arts Festival. If selected, we will place your booth and contract you. Deposits for vendor booths will be due on August 16, 2021 and balance payments will be due November 1, 2021. We do not accept payment for booths at the event.

Booths are sold in 10'x10' increments. Multiple booths are available and corner booths are limited. We have a few 5'x10' booths available. All booths are house in the Exhibit Halls at the Ontario Convention Center.

What qualifications do I need to vend at ISAF?

We are looking for high quality vendors who sell goods directly related to home decor and fashion. This can include, but is not limited to sewing machines, thread, fashion and home decor fabrics, hand bag patterns and notions, general sewing notions, hot fix crystals, embellishment for garments, heat transfer vinyl and other related fields, machine embroidery, cosplay, costuming, and the list goes on. We are not looking to include quilting products. If you are primarily a quilting vendor, please apply to our quilt show - Road to California Quilters' Conference & Showcase.

When will ISAF begin to send out vendor contracts?

ISAF will begin sending out vendor contracts, on either July 1 or as soon as the Ontario Convention Center reopens.

Road to California/ISAF Cross Over Vendors FAQ

Here is some information about how the cross over between ISAF and Road to California will work.

Vendors who are vending at both events will have the option to maintain the same size and location. There may be a few changes due to the ISAF exhibit space and changes on the Road floormap.

ISAF only vendors will move out on Satuday evening. The Convention Center on Sunday morning will prepare for vendors to begin moving in for Road to California on Sunday afternoon. ISAF/Road cross over vendors will be able to work in their booths on Sunday morning.
